Training in progress

Just thought I would blog tonight as for I have nothing to do!

My training is coming along really well.
I have began to progress in the number of pullups I can do without quitting. I have been doing at least 5 without stopping.

I have found though that, while I practice in my living room, I get very destracted, very easily.
I was trying to think about why this is happening so often.
I finally figured out that I need to stay in the moment when I am practicing. I have to really think about what I am doing, right at that moment, and not thinking about what I am going to be doing next as much. This has really helped me to stay in the moment.
Now that I have been "staying in the moment" during training, I have began to find a lot of mistakes that I am making in my forms. They are not big mistakes either. For instance, I was doing Kempo, and I realized that one of my bowstances have been wrong every time that I do my form. It has been a bit to narrow, causing my other stance after to be unstable also.
This really proved to me that I have a better eye for detail than i thought!

Well I have to get off of the computer now!

Tata for now

you rock! It is awesome to see you working so hard to improve. I like your idea about staying in the moment, I have the same issue. If I try to practice in the living room, I am totally unfocused but if I go down stairs, I can use my eye for detail and really see an improvement in my techniques and forms.
Keep up the good work.
