Well i am blogging this in my L A class in school today. I just thought that i would blog about my training.
I am making a lot of progress in my training since grading.
First of all, my push ups have improved greatly. I can do about 10 with my chin up and my chest going all the way to the ground.
I can do about ten pull-ups in a row now.
These are the greatest things that i have improved on this week.
I have also found out the cause of why i cannot do as many push-ups as I should be able to do.
This is all because I wasn't breathing.
Well i have to post this blog before I get caught by my teacher.
I will post more later!

good insight on the push ups, I was doing that before too. I think that you will find that your push ups will greatly improve now that you are breathing. Mine did.

Your efforts are really starting to show results Katie. Keep up the good work.
It's funny how much of a difference breathing makes, isn't it? I find I really have to focus on not holding my breath while I do pushups.
